INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
The following policy applies to individual session ticket holders who purchased tickets online, by calling the ticket office, in person at the on-site box office or through the Delwood organizers office at an Outback Champions Series event such as The Legends “Rock” Dubai:
If an Outback Champions Series event session is cancelled (as defined below), tickets can be exchanged at the on-site box office for a future session at the same event (subject to availability) or the identical session for the same event the following year.
If Day or Evening Session match play has not begun by 3 hours after the scheduled start time, that particular session will be considered cancelled (except for the Championship match, which will be completed when weather permits).
If match play for a Day or Evening Session begins prior to 3 hours after the scheduled start time and either one match is completed or 60 minutes of tennis has been played, the Inclement Weather Policy does not apply, as the session is determined to have been officially completed.
If a Day or Evening Session is cancelled before the completion of either one match or 60 minutes of play, your ticket will be exchangeable, dependant upon availability, and applied toward select sessions determined at the discretion of Delwood for either a remaining session at the same Outback Champions Series event or for the same session at the following year’s Outback Champions Series event.
Series ticket holders such as Corporate VIP Seat Packages, etc. will receive pro–rated refunds for cancelled 2008 sessions
Under no circumstances will complimentary tickets be exchangeable
